We have a GPU characterized by an area of ​​over 825 square millimeters, with even 6,912 CUDA core. The amount of memory is incredible, we are talking about 80GB of advanced HBM2e modules, memories so high that they are able to reach speeds equal to 2TB / s of theoretical bandwidth. Apparently there will also be a second version, much more contained, with a smaller amount of HBM2e memory, equal to 40GB, with a bandwidth of 1.6TB / s.

This particular GPU would allow to perform very complex calculations, in specific areas of research and development. The format is a PCI Express form factor, SXM4 type. NVIDIA proprietary format, designed and developed specifically to install the GPUs in question directly inside the servers. The connection protocol is the Gen 4.0 standard. There are two versions, one dedicated to the NVLink connection with the possibility of connecting in parallel only a maximum of 2 cards, one in the SXM4 version with the possibility of connecting more cards.
