Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, unveiled the price of the next smartphones

Now gods Pixel 6 e Pixel 6 Pro almost everything is known: in addition to the various leaks, Google has unveiled the design several times both on the official website and through some billboards. We also know something about the internal hardware, even if the specific features will be revealed during the official announcement, and unfortunately we also know that smartphones will not arrive in Italy. But a specification of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro was still obscure to this day: the price.

Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro price revealed

Google’s SVP previously said the Pixel 6 Pro would be a premium and therefore expensive smartphone. He then gave the Google Pixel 6 a mainstream premium range, costing a little less, but no clues were ever given regarding the price.

M. Brandon Lee of This is Tech Today, However, he posted a video where he claims to have an exclusive indiscretion. Google Pixel 6 Pro will cost 899 euro and Pixel 6 will be priced at 649 euro. Obviously, like any rumor, it is to be taken with a grain of salt but, considering Google’s words, these prices don’t seem so unlikely.

This price range, in fact, usually refers to premium smartphones such as iPhones and top of the range Samsung (which also exceed the threshold of 900 euros) and other flagship smartphones such as OnePlus. Placing them in this industry would allow Google to compete with the most famous manufacturers.

Lee states that in the US market the two smartphones will cost $ 799 and $ 1099, this not only for the currency conversion but also for direct competition with the new iPhone 13 and 13 Pro Max just released.

What we know so far

We currently know that the new smartphones will be equipped with Google’s Tensor processor. The Pixel 6 will have a 6.4 inches with FHD + (1080p) resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Pro will be bigger (6.7 inches) and will have a QHD + (1440p) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It seems that the battery will be around 4600mAh for the base model and 5000mAh for the Pro, while they will have 8GB and 12GB of RAM respectively.

The Pixel 6 will have two cameras, one main and one ultra-wide. While the top of the range will also have a 4X optical telephoto. The main sensor should be 50MP, 12MP ultrawide, 48MP telephoto and 8MP front camera for Pixel 6 and 12MP for the Pro.
