The Harry Potter-inspired OnePlus smartwatch is a reality

In the wake of a Cyberpunk 2077-themed smartwatch, OnePlus has decided to release another branded version of his OnePlus Watch: this time it’s a much bigger franchise, that is Harry Potter. At the moment it looks like the smartwatch will be available shortly in India. Here are all the details.

Harry Potter’s OnePlus smartwatch is around the corner

On Twitter, OnePlus India shared a ‘teaser image that says “After all this time? Always ”, referring to one of the most famous lines of the novel and of the film, next to a profile of the clock immersed in the shadows. While Harry Potter’s name is nowhere written, the logo di Hogwarts on the strap kicks off the game.

A few months ago OnePlus actually joked about the arrival of similar smartwatches but we haven’t had any information about the device since. The fact that OnePlus India is sharing this, instead of the brand’s global Twitter account, is very curious and suggests that the watch may not be released globally.

We will have to wait for more information on the watch, with the website saying it is “coming soon”. Typically, a themed smartwatch only has some visual differences from a standard watch, and sometimes comes with custom-made faces. However this could be a funny gift for Harry Potter fans.

From what we know, in fact, the smartwatch will be launched with six exclusive dials, which will take up some of the most characteristic elements of the Rowling saga: Hogwarts, Hogwarts Seal, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.

However this isn’t the only smartwatch inspired by some major franchise we’ve seen. In addition to the aforementioned Cyberpunk 2077, we remind you that Garmin owns its own line of watches Legacy Hero which also includes branded ones Star Wars e Avengers.
