That’s not new to fans of the series, given Skyward Sword’s Ballad of the Goddess (Zelda’s Lullaby from Ocarina of Time) and Lorule Castle from A Link Between Worlds (Hyrule Castle from A Link To The Past). However, given the new celestial world that appeared in Eiji Aonuma’s video, wondering if there was a hand from Skyward Sword was a must.

Actually no, between The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild and that same Skyward Sword to which the easter egg brings us back there is very little in common. It is undoubtedly a melody played backwards, but not a significant piece in terms of lore. Specifically, we only talk about the theme of the previous Zelda and nothing more.
