The Medium: announced the release date for the PS5 version

The Medium, Bloober team’s horror title released exclusively for Xbox and PC, now has a release date for PS5. Let’s see it together

A few months ago it was the turn of Godfall (first PS5 exclusive and then landed on Xbox), then it was the turn of Deathloop (also exclusively on PS5 for a limited time, same speech also for Ghostwire Tokyo). This is hardly a real surprise: the Entertainment Software Rating Board had mentioned The Medium per PS5 at the beginning of the month, just now, however, the release date, the latter is fixed at September 3, 2021. Bloober Team’s third-person psychological horror title was first announced for PC, Xbox Series X / S and was released on day one via Xbox Game Pass.

According to a press release, the PS5 version of The Medium will feature “full controller support DualSense“, So specific programming was added for the switch to Sony hardware. Further specific details (framerate, resolution and so on) have not yet been disclosed. Released in January, The Medium launched with reviews favorable mixed to “medium” and managed to become quite profitable within days of launch.
