The wait is finally over and What If…? the new animated series by Marvel Studios is available from 11 August on the Disney Plus platform.

After Marvel has released the official trailer, the first episode is available and focuses on Captain America and his parallel universe, in which it is not Steve Rogers, but Peggy Carter who becomes a super soldier.

This is because as the title itself says, each episode deals with the What If… of the main characters of the Marvel and Avengers universe that we have seen on the big screen over the years. That is, what would have happened to each character’s life if some things had gone differently. Small changes and events that alone can upset a timeline of events and entire lives. A series that shuffles the cards of the MCU and reworks the events in an unexpected way.

As with other Marvel Studios products broadcast by Disney Plus, this new series will also feature one episode per week, lasting approximately 30 minutes. A perfect formula also in this case, precisely because we do not know what to expect from the anthological episodes that already have a plot that will be unpredictable.
