QuietComfort 45: Bose announces and launches its new headphones. A product that comes to replace the famous QuietComfort 35 II, with which the US company had redefined the concept of headphones.
QuietComfort 45: the features
The mission is always to “raise the bar”, also and above all for products of excellence. Bose, with its Quietcomfort 45, has focused on three main aspects: a further improvement in noise cancellation, given by the addition of the new AWARE mode, which allows you to restore the sound of the surrounding environment, improved voice isolation for simple conversations and battery life of up to 24 hours on a single charge.
But that’s not all: the QuietComfort 45 headphones maintain the hallmarks of the previous model ensuring incredible audio performance, comfort and stability throughout the day, with very simple controls, solid connectivity and an update of the iconic design that has made the QC one of the most wearable devices. always recognizable.
QuietComfort 45: availability, price and where they are
Headphones will be available starting from September 30th at a price of € 349.95 euros, pre-orders start already on September 1st on Bose.it and selected retailers.
QUIET and AWARE modes
The QuietComfort 45 headphones have two settings, both achieved using a new active noise cancellation system and a new electronic package. In QUIET mode, the microphones inside and outside the earcups combine with a proprietary digital chip to detect, measure and respond to the most unwanted sounds in the mid frequencies, i.e. those typically found on commuter trains, crowded offices and bars. The now famous “rustle” associated with Bose noise cancellation technology occurs in a fraction of a millisecond, allowing you to completely isolate yourself or enjoy your music, podcasts or movies with clarity, realistic detail and without distractions.
In AWARE mode, on the other hand, the QC45 headphones switch to full transparency, to hear the external environment again, in an equally natural, clear, quick way and without the need to remove them.
Battery life
The QC45 headphones have a battery life of up to 24 hours, suitable for covering even the longest flights in the world, or holding 20 consecutive conference calls, or even studying all night or spending your free time there. Now you can recharge them via USB-C®: it takes two and a half hours to fully charge and 15 minutes to have three hours of playback.
“QuietComfort headphones are legendary for a reason,” says Mehul Trivedi, category director, Bose wearable audio. “What could be considered a travel accessory has become much more: a product that accompanies people’s days making them better, with simplicity! For years the QuietComfort have stood out for the advantages offered to customers, who will find themselves strengthened in the new model of the QC45 ″.
