Birthdays, the new Snapchat feature
Snapchat’s new feature allows you to place a birthday list of your friends, with the possibility of being informed about those imminent as well as dates to celebrate organized by zodiac sign.
The new feature allows all users to send greetings to their friends through unique stickers. If they wish they can also send special greetings through the use of Lenses, rather than activating a countdown dedicated to the big event. The friends who will receive these special wishes will be able to unlock the Lens e directly access Birthdays to enjoy the thoughts dedicated to them.
Birthdays is the first Snap Mini to introduce the Lens sharing feature. It will allow you to unlock Thematic lenses that Snapchat users can send as message, post O history. Whoever receives the message will just have to do “swipe up” to reply and / or access the Mini the moment they see the post or story.
With this feature Snapchat also offers, for the first time, the option to monitor your friends’ birthdays. Birthdays have always been source of special celebrations within the social universe. In the past, however, a friend’s birthday would come highlighted only the same day with a decent emoji within the feed.
With Birthdays, however, things get more done simple and much more funny. Users will be able to see the list of all birthdays in one screen only, so you don’t miss an event and plan your best wishes down to the smallest detail. What is Snap Mini?
Launched in June 2020, Snap Mini is a new way for developers of provide their services within Snapchat and offer new experiences to share.
Mini was designed for be integrated deeply within the conversations or through the camera, to facilitate the sharing and the fruition.
