The long-awaited Amazon TVs arrive
After so many rumors circulated on the net, which we reported to you just last week, it now seems to be official: Amazon TVs are coming. This is confirmed by the Hyperbeast website, according to which the e-commerce giant has made the news official.
The televisions will be distributed on the American market with two ranges of devices. The series Amazon Fire TV 4 will offer more affordable models, while Amazon Fire TV Omni will include the Premium collection. The former will be available in 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch sizes with HDR10, Dolby Digital Plus e Dolby Vision. The Premium model instead will be available in 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch, all equipped with HDR10 and HLG. Both product lines are equipped with Alexa.
HyperBeast says that, in addition to televisions, Amazon has also announced a number of other devices belonging to the Fire TV range. Among these we find an updated version of Fire TV 4K Max, which offers 40% more performance than its predecessor and supports WiFi 6 for smoother 4K streaming. In this regard it must be said that both Pioneer and Toshiba have released new smart TVs with built-in Fire TV. The model from the former brand will also boast 4K UHD capabilities while the latter will support Alexa.
At the moment Amazon TVs are not planned for the Italian market, although they should arrive in the future. For the US, the devices will be available on Amazon and Best Buy, with prices ranging from 410 to 1,100 dollars, depending on the model chosen.
