Here we go, Netflix has made available to all its subscribers a selection of five video games exclusively for Android devices. The five titles in question are Stranger Things: 1984, Stranger Things 3: The Game, Card Blast, Teeter Up e Shooting Hoops and are free of advertising and in-app purchases. In short, it seems that the streaming giant has serious intentions for its gaming division.
Netflix: the new section dedicated to video games has arrived
Netflix continues its adventure in the realm of gaming and after Eden Unearthed, the title in VR last week, has released a collection of five video games for Android devices. Speaking of these titles specifically, we are faced with branded contents of the platform, but not only these.
On the one hand we have two Stranger Thinghs games: Stranger Things: 1984, in which players will have to complete missions and collect items by moving between Hawkins and the Upside Down, reconstructed in the video game with retro graphics. In Stranger Things 3: The GameInstead, users will be able to impersonate one of the twelve characters of the third season for solo or cooperative adventures in the Upside Down.
Not only titles dedicated to the series, however, given that Card Blast, a game focused on poker and, also find space in the offer Shooting Hoops, a particular basketball game in which to score our shots we will have to direct the ball through the use of some special darts.
Closes this initial selection Teeter Up, a title in which you have to pocket a ball by moving a platform against gravity and the laws of physics. As mentioned at the beginning, all these games are available for free for all Netflix users, just enter the dedicated section of the platform which will refer you to the relevant link in the Google Play Store.
The company has not yet shared any information regarding the arrival of the gaming division also on iOS devices.
