BlueStacks Inc., the pioneer of Android games on PC and the world’s leading mobile gaming platform, has announced the release of BlueStacks X (beta), the world’s first cloud-based mobile gaming streaming service. The service is available on Windows 10 e 11, Mac, iOS, Android, Chromebook e Raspberry Pi. It is the only service of cloud gaming on the market that offers free game streaming for mobile games on this type of platforms and devices.
BlueStacks X: the new cloud gaming service arrives
BlueStacks X (beta) is powered by hybrid cloud technology, made in collaboration with now.gg, the sister company of BlueStacks. The hybrid cloud allows the cloud to offload portions of the compute and graphics rendering to the endpoints, dramatically reducing the cost of the cloud and allowing users to take advantage of a free service.
This can be achieved by using a native client and a browser capable of native graphics rendering. This technology works transparently and requires no integration from game developers.
“BlueStacks App Player recently passed 1 billion downloads. BlueStacks X is a natural next step for us. The hybrid cloud is a major technological breakthrough that makes the launch of the service economically feasible, ”he said Rosen Sharma, CEO of BlueStacks Inc. “We are a trusted partner for the best mobile game developers. There is a lot of excitement between them for BlueStacks X and some of the other innovations we have such as the deep integration of Discord. “
The platform can be accessed via the mobile browser on iOS, Android, Windows 11, MacOS, Chromebook, and even some smart TVs. The native BlueStacks X client is available on Windows 11, Windows 10, and earlier versions of Windows. BlueStacks X can also be used by users of BlueStacks App Player.
The beta version already has over 200 games and new titles are added every week. The service currently has a large collection of RPG and strategy games with more genres coming soon.
