Bandai Namco has just announced that it has suspended pre-orders for the Premium Collector’s Edition di Elden Ring, due to excessive demand for the product. The company has invited fans to wait for any announcements of the resumption of pre-orders, although no details have been shared regarding the necessary timelines.
Elden Ring: stop to pre-orders of the Premium Collector’s Edition
Elden Ring is one of the most anticipated video games of 2022, it is no coincidence that it has just won the award related to The Game Awards this year. It is therefore not surprising that the collector’s editions of the game are particularly sought after by fans and the Premium version is certainly the most sumptuous of all.
The Premium Collector’s Edition in fact contains the reproduction of Mallenia’s helmet, almost certainly one of the main bosses that we will face in the final version of the game, together with a statue of the same character, a collector’s box, a steelbook, an artbook, the digital soundtrack and, finally, a copy of the game, naturally.
We are aware that some users may be having issues with new account creation and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

The decision to suspend the sale of this edition actually comes from a problem that Bandai Namco is having with their site, which after the latest update is preventing many users from completing their order. The result is that many potential buyers are left with the limited edition of the game stuck in their cart, unable to purchase or remove it.
It is likely that these bugs have also occurred due to the large turnout that the site has encountered during the last few weeks, which is why Bandai has decided to postpone the sales of the remaining copies of the collector, so as to allow an easier pre-order. In short, in conclusion we just have to wait for news from the publisher.
