The new Xiaomi 12 it will be launched in China later this year. From what we know, the series will include three different premium models: Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12X and the vanilla model. And in the last few days, quite a few details have emerged about the company’s launches. A more recent report, for example, reports that only two flagship smartphones will be launched on the market, and not three. To this news is added the one reported by the leaker Abhishek Yadav, which provided specific details on the new series display. So let’s find out what it is.
Xiaomi 12: here is a preview of the technical specifications of the display
The most recent rumors about the release of the new Xiaomi 12 make us speculate that the smartphone will have noteworthy technical characteristics. From what we know, in fact, the phone will be equipped with a display AMOLED complete with Victus layer of Corning Gorilla Glass, considered the most resistant of all the proposals in the sector. Furthermore, it would appear that the display has ben 1600 nits of brightness peak – an interesting endowment considering that the MI 11 Ultra offers 1700 nits -.
In short, the new Xiaomi 12 has deservedly earned the A + score on DisplayMate. From what we know, the top center of the display will house a cutout to accommodate the front camera. Among other details, an indication that the new series will have a 6.2 inch display. The Xiaomi 12 Pro model, on the other hand, will come with one 6.67 inch screen. But that is not all. Apparently, the curved screen will ensure an optimized user experience for users. Beyond the display details, it would seem that the smartphone is equipped with a SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
And to top it off, it would appear that the vanilla variant offers support for 67W / 100W fast charging. The Pro model, on the other hand, may support 120W fast charging. But that’s just guesswork, at least for now. On December 28th, when the phone will be officially presented, we will really find out what the features it is equipped with will be.
