The OnePlus 10 Pro debuted a few days ago and went on sale in China on January 13, where the first batch was sold out in just a few minutes. To better analyze the success of the OnePlus 10 Pro, one user decided to take it apart and offer the public a face to face with its amazing camera.
Face to face with the OnePlus 10 Pro camera
The video begins with removing the rear panel, as usual. The main material is the glass but it can easily be mistaken for some premium plastic type due to the matte and textured finish. With the help of an extraction tool and a heat gun, the user removes the panel quite easily. In this way it offers the public a first glimpse into the flagship smartphone of the company.
Immediately, you will notice a few components for the heat dissipation packaged in the device. The first you will notice is one large graphite film which also contains the wireless charging coil. OnePlus says the 10 Pro is equipped with a cooling plate from 34119.052mm², the largest ever seen on a OnePlus device.
Later, you see the pieces that make up the photographic sector and we can immediately notice the incredible size of the 48MP primary camera. The primary is completed by a telephoto lens from 8MP which shares a connector with it and a standalone ultrawide 50MP sensor.
While the huge camera module is justified by the XL sensors that it contains, the flash is more a expedient. There is no flash cancel as you might believe and you just get a normal dual flash setup.
The motherboard has the RAM LPDDR5, the processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the ROM UFS 3.1, most of which were sprinkled with thermal paste. The battery is of a design double cell, with each cell possessing a capacity of approx 2.500mAh. There is also one under the battery and motherboard steam room which helps with cooling.
