Bandai Namco and FromSoftware revealed that Elden Ring reached 12 million sales worldwide. The title continues to amaze the public, conquering the world rankings. Let’s find out all the details together.
Elden Ring achieves 12 million sales worldwide
Elden Ring managed, in a short time, to establish more records. AND the largest non-Call of Duty launch O FIFA in the UK from Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 in 2018 and is the largest IP in Europe from Ubisoft’s The Division in 2016.
The title also managed to tear up Dark Souls 3 who sold 10 million units in just over four years. FromSoftware President, Hidetaka Miyazaki, said: “It is amazing how many people have played at Elden Ring. I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks on behalf of the entire development team. “
Instead the CEO and President of Bandai Namco, Yasuo Miyakawahe added:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our fans who have brought ELDEN RING into their gamer life. I am very proud to have been involved in this project. I am delighted to have brought such a wonderful and fantastic game to life with FromSoftware, under the guidance of director Miyazaki, and with George RR Martin.
