On the topic of new skills and digital professions the new edition of the Innovation Trama project by Women and Tech (Women & Tech) – Association of Women and Technologies – created by the president, Gianna Martinengo. The event, which will take place from March 29 to 31will host some of the most innovative companies in 9 talks lasting 45 minutes each.
Women and Tech: the new diction of the Innovation Tram
The ongoing digital transformation is shaping the people’s life it’s theirs way of working, making the acquisition of new skills and new mindsets in the professional field indispensable. In the new job market, companies need digital professionals able to support them in the change management and in the processes of renewal essential to maintain competitiveness.
It is precisely on this topic that the new edition of the Innovation Tram will be developed, conducted by Debora Roscianijournalist of Radio 24. With his incredible professional contribution, he will make it easier for the live interaction between speakers and participants.
Arrived this year at the fifth editionthe Innovation Tram physically and virtually traveled many kilometers to carry on 15,000 people the issues of digital innovation. The 2022 edition of the Innovation Tram will be fully usable online on the website of Women&Tech, previa free registration.
It will also be broadcast for the duration of the three days also in live streaming on Facebook, Linkedin and YouTube. During the event, various topics will be discussed, including professions of the future requiring specialized training but also digital skills e soft skill and so on.
