There are less than 10 days left until the release of the new 2D roguelite developed by Hibernian Workshop. The independent studio has created Astral Ascent thanks to a successful Kickster campaign in which over 2900 users have donated. The game will then be available on Steam from April 12 in early access. But before discovering its features and price, let’s enjoy the official trailer.
The game has gone through a development phase of about 2 years, but the wait is finally over. On Steam the game will be available at a cost of € 21.99, and is expected to launch soon on consoles as well. Players will be able to take on the role of hitwoman Ayla and the irascible fighter Kiran, to face five Zodiac bosses (Taurus, Capricorn, Virgo, Leo and Sagittarius). All through two worlds to be explored.
The studio also promised new updates in the coming months, which will expand game worlds, add new enemies and allow you to take on the role of new heroes. The plan is in fact to arrive at 5 playable characters and at least 12 bosses.
