Klarna has announced the launch of Virtual Shopping. The new service aims to bring the best of the physical store experience online. For users, therefore, there is the possibility to browse and appear online with the utmost simplicity and with the possibility of obtaining support from experts in physical stores thanks to live chat and video calls. In this way, you will be able to receive advice in choosing the right products to buy.
Klarna Virtual Shopping debuts
The new service aims to offer an increasingly personalized experience and able to help consumers buy online with the utmost ease. At present, 300 brands already support Klarna Virtual Shopping worldwide. In Italy, the functionality is active and is already available with Longchamp, Woolrich, Sergio Rossi and Coccinelle.
Consumers can access the functionality via the Virtual Shopping icon on the integrated stores of the brand’s websites. In this way, it will be possible connect with an in-store expert to get support. For Klarna partners there is the possibility to add Virtual Shopping directly to their online store, in order to further improve the shopping experience of users.
Klarna’s service is already active in 18 markets and will continue to expand its availability throughout 2022.
