Level Infinite and TiMi Studio Group revealed that Honor of Kings will be launched on mobile devices globally before the end of the year. Starting in July, the players of some selected countries they will be able to start testing the game before the global launch which, according to what has been revealed, will happen in a manner gradual. Honor of Kings was released in China in 2015 and averaged over 100 million active daily users in November 2020. This has made it the most popular MOBA title and also the most played video game in the world on each platform.

Recent QuestMobile research shows that the title has registered over 145 million active users in March 2022; while, according to SecondTower, the title was the mobile game that earned the most globally in Q1 of 2022.
TiMi also announced that the World 2022 of Honor of Kings (KCC) will take place at the end of the year. They will participate well in the tournament 16 international teams. Teams will join the battle to be crowned Champions and compete for a prize pool of 10,000,000 dollars.
