Apple just updated the iWork App suite, introducing new features for Pages, Numbers e Keynote on iOS and Mac devices. This is a series of small innovations that will make the user experience even more performing than it already is. Let’s find out what it is in detail.
Apple: Pages, Numbers and Keynote receive new features
Apple updates Pages, Numbers and Keynote with a number of interesting features. Among these, the one that most attracted the attention of users is the “Print Merge” option, which allows you to combine a main document with a list of recipients, so as to create a sort of personalized mailing. Beyond that though, there are many other options that have been made available for iOS and Mac users.
Keynote
With the new update, the Keynote Apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad are going to include an option for add movement and visual details to presentations, with dynamic backgrounds that move as you switch between slides. Then new ones are added animated themesand an option to skip / undo slides in a collapsed group.
Numbers
The Numbers App is the one that has received the least number of updates. Actually the only thing Apple has improved is the performance when inserting rows and columns in tables large. A detail that will not displease those who use it extensively, mind you.
Pages
As we anticipated, the biggest new feature of Apple Pages is the “Print Merge” option, which allows you to create personalized letters, cards and envelopes for multiple recipients. And offers new models for invitations to events and certificates. In addition, Pages documents can now also be exported as a TXT. In short, many news, which you can take advantage of by downloading the new update.
