Sony has finally announced the data from the God of War Ragnarok through a new unreleased trailer. The title will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 9, 2022. Below we present the official trailer.
The release date of God of War Ragnarok: the title debuts in November
Along with the news, Sony also revealed that it will be possible pre-order the new title dal 15th of July. At the end of the trailer the company also showed some of the special editions that will be available. Pre-ordering any edition will result in a set of themed items to wear a Kratos e Atreus.
Sony has revealed that they will be available four different editions of the title:
- Standard Edition;
- Digital Deluxe Edition;
- Collector’s Edition;
- Jotnar Edition.
The latter three include all access to the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game; if you buy the standard edition for PS4, it is possible make an upgrade of 10 euros to get the PS5 version. Pricing for these editions has not yet been announced yet. However it appears that the Jontar edition is the most expensive since it includes a vinyl recordand set your playa cloth mapa 16 inch Mjolnir replica and so on.
Cory Barlog, who directed the previous game in the series, provided an update on the project in April, stating that the developers are “perfectionists” and are “head down, hard at work.” Since then, many fans have been harassing the studio’s developers to get a release date.
Despite being a direct sequel to God of War of 2018 that continues the story of Kratos and Atreus, the new title it still remains quite mysterious. We therefore look forward to learning more over the next few months.
