Exactly one week to go Season 10 by Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, the Ubisoft action RPG. The new season will be called Price of Power and will bring Division agents grappling with General Anderson, about to ally with the Black Tusk.
Price of Power will arrive on all platforms Tuesday 27 September 2022, and will bring with it several novelties. These include new chapters, new difficulties, general title improvements and Apparel events.
What you need to know about The Division 2: Season 10
The new Season resumes the search for General Peter Anderson, following the storyline according to which the General must be shot down at all costs. Power-hungry Anderson tries to reorganize his True Sons after the fall of Antwon Ridgeway. In order to put an end to the Division he is willing to do anything, even to ally himself with the Black Tusk. It will then be up to the player to find the key elements of the latter, and make sure that the chords jump. Season 10 represents the second of three seasons for Year 4 of The Division.
The main innovations introduced will be:
- New Difficulties: Normal (can be played alone), Hard (intended for casual 8-player groups) and Heroic (8-player hardcore). These are in addition to the already present Challenging (which was available at launch, designed for a group of 8 close-knit players). Additionally, Legendary Difficulties will be added to Tidal Basin and Manning National Zoo Strongholds.
- League and Global Events: From today, September 20, comes the first of four leagues, Trig League. It will be followed by: Micro League (11 October), Chirpy League (1 November) and Lucky League (22 November). The first Global Event (Polarity Switch) will start on September 27, followed by: SHD Exposed Global Event (October 18); Hollywood Global Event (November 8) and Golden Bullet Global Event (November 29)
- New Weapons and Equipment including: 3 exotic items (Doctor Home’s shotgun, Busy Little Bee pistol and Bloody Knuckles gloves); two named weapons: lefty (shotgun) and stage Left (shotgun); a Gear Set (Umbra Initiative) and a Brand Set (Brazos de Arcabuz)
- Expertise level increases from 20 to 21
- 2 new Apparel Events: Season 10 features two new Events that will give Division Agents new equipment to choose from. The SHD Paragon Apparel Event on September 27 and the Dark Path Apparel Event on November 1, both lasting three weeks from their start date.
