Songs that have marked the childhood of many, including a Gianluca Pessotto on the FIFA ’99 wing and a goal of Mbappè in the brand new FIFA 23. The songs that have been the soundtrack to the videogame franchise by EA Sports have become part of the personal history of all of us. Just think of Song 2 gods Blur, still today remembered by many as “the FIFA song”. Or The Rockafeller Skank of that little genius called Fatboy Slim. And then Kasabian, Glass Animals, Skepta, Bloc Party e one-hit-wonders come i Caesars.
In short, there was a moment, which perhaps has never passed, in which having the song on a videogame I EI SPORTS ZZENEGHEIM was an important achievement in an artist’s career. EA Sports opens the debate in the community: what are the best FIFA songs?
In view of the eagerly awaited FIFA 23 World Cup update, EA Sports has decided to open a musical debate with video game fans. Players of all generations can vote for their favorite songs for the Ultimate FIFA Soundtrackindicating which songs they would like included in the upcoming World Cup update.
To do this, simply choose your favorite song on Spotify and share it on social networks using the hashtag #UltimateFIFASoundtrack. In addition to that EA and Spotify have made a special FIFA Mix. This, based on the listening habits of users, will suggest songs that may be pleasing to the listener. Songs, of course, that are part of the twenty-year videogame history of the FIFA franchise.
The debate it will officially end on November 7thwhen EA SPORTS and Spotify announce the songs “called up” in the Ultimate FIFA Soundtrack. The playlist will consist of 100 songs, including the most voted ones until November 7th. In the end a selection of the most popular songs will be included in the World Cup update of FIFA 23, available for free from 9 November.
