Among the novelties of the Google Pixel range next year there is also the pieghevole Pixel Fold, a real rival of Samsung’s Galaxy Fold. The new project will probably debut in the first half of 2023 and today it is shown in a series of renderings that reveal the design to us.
Google Pixel Fold: ecco i primi render
To publish the first renderings of the smartphone is the Frontpagetech.com magazine. The pictures show what it should look like design of the new Google Pixel Fold which should inherit some design elements of the recent Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, starting with the horizontally developed cameras. The form factor, on the other hand, recalls that of Samsung’s Fold.
The device should be managed by the Tensor 2, the same SoC as the Pixel 7. At the moment, information about the new project is limited. According to a recent leak, however, the smartphone is expected in two color variants, one white and one black, and with a retail price of a whopping $1,799 which should become more than 2,000 euros.
More details should emerge by the end of first half of 2023. We’ll see if the project, now confirmed by several sources, will also arrive in Italy where Google, during 2022, has marketed all its smartphones.
