Apple today announced several new features coming to Apple Fitness+, such as a new kickboxing workout and new Artist Spotlights. Among the novelties also the fifth season of Time to Walk and meditation exercises.

The allenamenti kickboxing, available from January 9, they will help develop full-body fitness, strength, endurance, coordination and balance. Each workout will involve a separate round of moves followed by a final round that combines the previous moves. No equipment is required and workouts will last 10, 20 or 30 minutes. They will lead the workouts Jamie-Ray Hartshorne e Nez Dally.
Also on January 9, a new collection of workouts called “6 weeks to restart your fitness”. On January 23 it will be the turn of “Level up your core training.”
The Apple Fitness+ Meditation library expands with the Sleep theme, which aims to help users relax before falling asleep. New sleep meditations will be added every week.
It also expands catalogo Artist Spotlight, which dedicates an entire workout playlist to a single artist. Among the new features are seven new workouts with Beyoncé and songs from his latest album RENAISSANCE (which is also featured in our ranking of the best albums released in 2022). The Artist Spotlights dedicated to artists also arrive from 16 January Foo Fighterswhile January 23 will be the turn of Bad Bunny.
Finally comes the fifth season of Time to Walkwith numerous guests such as the actor Jamie Lee Curtisthe talk show host Amber Ruffinthe actor Jason Segelthe Spanish chef Jose Andresthe actress and singer Sheryl Lee Ralphthe Olympic champion figure skater Nathan Chenthe actor and writer Colman Domingo and the German actress Nina Hoss.
