Nintendo lives up to its promises and, to the delight of all Zeldians, a 10-minute gameplay trailer arrives today The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomthe highly anticipated sequel to Breath of the Wild and new installment in the iconic saga.

Il gameplay trailer di The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
As you can see from the video above, the trailer had a lot of focus on Link’s new abilities. The protagonist will be able to literally ‘modify’ the surrounding game environment. In doing so, he will be able to overcome any obstacles and reach otherwise inaccessible areas of the map.
With skill Ultramano, for example, Link will be able to lift heavy objects and combine them to build objects useful for exploration. In the trailer we see the skill used to create a makeshift raft. But it is only one of the many possibilities that this game mechanic offers us. In fact, Aonuma shows us other examples, such as a large car complete with four wheels and a hot air balloon.
Aonuma also introduces us to Ascension: “If you are in a place with a ceiling, you can walk through it to reach the ground above it.” Indeed in the video we see Link go through the roof of a small building. This power will also allow us to climb some hills very easily.
The more than 13 minutes of trailer ends with the presentation of una Nintendo Switch OLED in edizione Tears of the Kingdom. This will be available from April 28 and will include two Joy-Con (but we told you about this special version of the console here).
Back to the game though, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will arrive on May 12, 2023.
