It ended a few minutes agoUbisoft Forward 2023, with a series of announcements that unveiled the latest news from Ubisoft games. Of course, all eyes are on the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed Mirage, but the event also had other surprises in store for us.

Just Dance 2023
“Get on your dancing shoes”, sang the Arctic Monkeys. And so let’s get ready to dance with over 40 songs by Just Dance 2024available from October 24th.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
We watched the cinematics and the anticipation was very high. She did not disappoint. The world premiere of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora takes us into the narrative universe of James Cameron, with a game designed for new-gen also playable in co-op. The appointment at Pandora is for December 7, 2023, from day one also via Ubisoft +.
XDefiant
After a Closed Beta, of which we see the reactions in the video presented at the event, XDefiant will be available for an open XDefiant session from June 21st to 23rd (registrations open at this link)
Prince of Persia
We had already seen it at the Summer Game Fest 2023 and obviously, playing at home, Ubisoft presents it to us again with an unedited animated trailer. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the new game of a timeless franchise, with a mix of parkour, fighting and puzzles. It will arrive on January 18, 2024 su Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch e PC.
Captain Laserhawk A Blood Dragon Remix
No game, but souls from a game. Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix is an original anime that features the alter egos of Ubisoft characters in a huge homage to the early 90s. It will arrive this fall on Netflix.
The Division: Resurgence
The Division Resurgence is a mobile third-person shooter RPG set in a multi-player open world. The title is set in contemporary post-crisis New York where an epidemic has created chaos and led to the collapse of the American government. Players will be able to engage in PvP and PvE battles starting this fall.
Skull & Bones
The new trailer of Skull & Bones gives us a musical performance that reminded us a lot of The Decemberists’ Mariner’s Song. The title of the trailer then says it all: Sea Shanty Video. In addition to music, however, there is more: a closed beta from 25 to 28 August. Here to register.
The Crew Motorfest
The Crew Motorfest will be released on September 14, 2023 and the trailer shows us the Motorfest, the Playlist feature and the latest additions to the cars. From the Lamborghini Revuelto to the Toyota Supra, Hummer EV or Porsche Taycan Turbo S, the game promises to put us behind the wheel of hundreds of vehicles.
Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR
Exclusive to Meta Quest headsets, Assassin’s Creed Nexus it’s the first game in the franchise to come in virtual reality. Don’t worry, no parkour from the balcony, just wear the viewer. It will arrive in late 2023 for Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3.
Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade
Also arrives the new trailer of Codename Jade, the first Assassin’s Creed open-world made for iOS and Android. It is set in China in the 3rd century BC, after the Warring States period and the unification of China under the Qin dynasty. Although still under development, registrations are open for the Closed Beta to be held over the summer.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage
We arrive at the most awaited moment, the one in which Ubsoft reveals the new gameplay trailer of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The video shows us one of the game’s missions, with a bar at the bottom right showing us the progress of the quest. The mission selection interface also appears renewed, while the parkour and stealth mechanics seem the same as in the previous chapters. Noteworthy is the ability to freeze enemies and perform multiple kills instantly.
The game will be released on October 12, 2023 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
Star Wars Outlaws
We had already seen it during yesterday’s Xbox Games Showcase, but now we finally have the opportunity to admire its gameplay in a 10-minute trailer. The video shows us the stealth combat mechanics and open field shootings. We also see the explorations of the protagonist Kay and the inevitable space battles.
In Star Wars Outlaws players will take on the role of an intergalactic thief called Kay Vess. The game will arrive in 2024.
