Summer is hot, but in Los Santos a little more. And from today subscribers to Xbox Game Pass they can go there for free, since GTA 5 (including Online mode) has just officially entered the games catalog as one of July’s surprise novelties. The popular Rockstar Games title is available for both Xbox One and an optimized version for Xbox Series X|Sbut not for PC.
The optimized version for Xbox Series X|S includes notable improvements over the original game released in 2013. These include new graphics modes they offer a resolution up to 4K at 60 fps, ray tracing, improved textures, HDR options and more. The sound upgrades are also interesting, with advanced spatial audio.
We also remind you that An active Xbox Live Gold membership is required to play GTA Online. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers already have the service active in their subscription and will be able to play the multiplayer version at no additional cost.

In addition to Grand Theft Auto 5, the Xbox Game Pass game catalog has also been enriched by Sword And Fairy: Together Forever (un action RPG) e McPixel 3 (an intriguing puzzle game).
These three titles are added to Arcade Paradise, which arrived in the catalog on July 3rd. More upcoming games are Common’hood e Insurgency: Sandstorm (both available from July 11), Exoprimal (available from day one on July 14th), Techtonics (available from day one on July 18), The Cave (from 18 July), The Wandering Village (available from July 20) and Venba (available from day one on July 31).
