SAP SE announced the expansion of its collaboration with the financial services company PayPalthrough the creation of a digital payments plugin for the platform PayPal Braintree based on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).

SAP BTP unites data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation e integration in a unified environment. The integration with PayPal allows you to offer SAP customers a simplified experience for managing online payments.
More and more, business customers are asking business transactions simple and compliance in payments between organizations. Digital wallets, automated clearinghouses (ACH) and credit cards become crucial tools in this context. The platform PayPal Braintree offers SAP customers a wide range of payment options, supporting PayPal, Venmo (for the United States), credit and debit cards and the most widespread digital wallet, all through a single integration. The plug-in developed in collaboration with SAP can be found on the SAP Help Portal website, to easily connect to PayPal.
The integration of the plug-in with certified SAP software environments via the SAP Integration and Certification Center offers numerous benefits, including greater efficiency, cost savings, better security e transparency.
