Ora Shazam riconosce le canzoni anche se indossi le cuffie thumbnail

Shazam now recognizes songs even if you’re wearing headphones

The Apple app that allows you to discover the title and artist of a song in seconds has received a major update on iOS. The new version of Shazam17.3 gives users the ability to recognize songs from any source or app, even if you use headphones.

Shazam also works with headphones

According to the update notes, that’s enough open Shazam and leave it listening even while wearing headphones, both wired and wireless. The new feature appears to work with any type of headphones, not just with AirPods earphones.

Here’s how Apple announced the news:

“Now you can identify songs even while wearing headphones, wired or wireless. Simply open the app: when the headphones icon appears on the Home screen, you can start listening to music from your surroundings or from other apps.”

Furthermore, since the last update, the app is able to identify not only songs that come from outside, but also those that you listen to directly on your device, such as on Instagram or TikTok. This also means that you can switch from Shazam to YouTube and discover the names of all the songs in your videos. The same goes for all other apps installed on your iPhone or iPad: once you return to Shazam, you will find the recognized song.

Meanwhile, in other news regarding the Cupertino giant, Apple has announced changes to iOS, Safari and App Store in Europe, to comply with the provisions of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) in the European Union (EU).
