Helluva Boss, however, it was such a resounding success that the A24 decided to buy the series and then publish it on Prime Video. Let’s start by talking about the plot of the series, which in itself is very simple. The protagonist is Charlie Morningstardaughter of Lucifer, the King of Hell. Contrary to what you might think, Charlie is a kind and selfless girl, who has a dream to ensure that Hell regains its order. The problem that afflicts the inhabitants is that there are too many damned souls, which are causing the Underworld to become overpopulated. Thus the young princess of Hell creates theHazbin Hotela reception building in which to welcome the souls of the damned who want to obtain the redemption to be able to access Paradise.

All the team wants to do is deliver a fun animated series that entertains, but it does much more. Charlie, Vaggie, Alastor, Angel, Husk and Nifty are characters who they work. If we have to find another strong point of Hazbin Hotel it is it animation style and songs that we find within the series. This style is very particular, something that has never been seen on television. This animation is typical of YouTube, they take the captivating style of Helluva Boss and bring it back (very wise choice) in the spin-off series. The animation style leaves you speechlessthe author of the series Vivienne Medrano has managed to create a new way of drawing cartoons for adults and is completely different from classic ones like I Simpson o I Griffin. This animation is brand new and it is so beautiful to look at that it is impossible to take your eyes off the screen, due to all its peculiarities between the characters’ expressions and the setting.
As for the songs, there isn’t one that’s bad. Every song that comes on is perfectly spot on, catchy and, once you hear it, it is impossible to forget them. We listened to them in both Italian and English and they are wonderful in both languages. Even the dubbed parts, both in English and Italian, are unforgettable. Listening to these songs really makes you want to download them and put them in your media library to listen to them at any time of the day. They are capable of doing it cry, laugh, have fun and especially reflect. These songs will appeal even to those who don’t like musicals.

In short, this series is perfect. That’s not an exaggeration, we tried to find some flaws, but we weren’t really able to find any. Everything is taken care of to perfection and this is clear proof that love for an art leads you to work to perfection. This is what happened to Vivienne Medrano, who continued to pursue her passion and managed to grow her project simply by getting noticed. After all, who knows how to do their job deserves proper recognition. The young animator does her job with her heart and it shows. Indeed, Hazbin Hotel is truly an animated series made from the heart.
