Philips TV & Sound has announced the arrival in Italy of the Fidelio L3 headphones, which will hit the shelves in August. It is a product that aims to offer ahigh audio quality and a premium experience, thanks to the valuable materials of the product.
The Philips Fidelio L3s have already won the important award Red Dot Award 2020, thanks to the audio performance, design and materials used. The glance they return is clear: it is a product built with enormous attention.
Technical characteristics of the Philips Fidelio L3
From a technical standpoint, it’s a couple of over-ear headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC). There are large 40mm drivers, built on three states made from shock-absorbing materials typical of high-end headphones. The quality memory foam itself offers effective passive sound insulation, thanks to the soft leather-covered ear cushions.
The active noise cancellation system is based on four microphones. Noise cancellation, whether on or off, does not affect the musicality of the headphones playback. As for connectivity, the headphones feature the technology Bluetooth 5.0, with compatibility to the Qualcom aptX HD Codec.
However, a detachable audio cable is included for even higher resolution audio playback. If you are going to use the headphones to make calls as well, be aware that there is a extra built-in microphone that deals exclusively with the cancellation of background noise to improve the audio in incoming calls.
Are present comandi touch based on scrolling, tapping and pressing, as well as compatibility with the Google assistant with the Push-to-talk function. Battery life stands at 35 ore playback, which drop to 30 if noise cancellation is kept active.
The supplied USB-C cable allows fast charging which in 15 minutes offers 6 hours of use. The Philips Fidelio L3 headphones will arrive in Italy in August, at the recommended price of 349,99 euro.
