The new Acer ENDURO Urban devices arrive, a series of rugged products built to be used in any operating condition for work or leisure
Acer announces the new ENDURO Urban N3 notebooks and ENDURO Urban T1 tablets which are part of the ENDURO series, characterized by rugged professional devices, extremely resistant and for use outdoors or in harsh environmental conditions. The new ENDURO Urban offer a solid frame, resistant to shocks, falls, water infiltration, dust and extreme temperatures as evidenced by the certifications they are equipped with. Another important feature of the ENDURO Urban series is the high brightness FHD screen which allows you to read the contents easily, even in the open air, without worrying about external light and without having to search for shaded areas. ENDURO Urban products are, therefore, the ideal devices for consumer users who need a device that can follow them in any of their outdoor adventures by the sea or in the mountains, during excursions, sports activities or immersed in nature – without worrying about any falls or infiltration of liquids. Thanks to the extreme solidity, ENDURO Urban products also represent the perfect solution for use in the family environment, for study, for fun or for outdoor activities, as they are able to withstand any hectic situation typical of children’s life.
Acer ENDURO Urban N3
The new Acer ENDURO Urban N3 is a 14 ”notebook designed to face the rigors of the hectic everyday life, especially in difficult contexts. The device is just the right size to be easily used on the go, it weighs only 1.85 kg and is 21.95 mm thick; it is therefore perfect for outdoor use, outside the usual work or home environment.
The laptop is tested to meet the MIL-STDH 810H1 military standard certification, and IP53 certification, which offer the resistance necessary to withstand drops and cold temperatures or infiltration of dust and water. In addition, there are bumpers on the notebook that can absorb shocks on every corner; the connection ports, the speakers and the keys are waterproof, while the exclusive Acer Aquafan, a water-repellent fan that works in conjunction with an exclusive drainage system, expels all the water that could penetrate the device. Acer ENDURO Urban N3 is very resistant and extremely performing. The body hides a processor up to 11th generation Intel Core i7 to calmly face everyday adventures, flanked by an NVIDIA GeForce MX330 video card, up to a 1 TB SSD and up to 32 GB of DDR4 RAM memory.
It is equipped with a full-featured USB Type-C port, an SD card slot, a Thunderbolt4 port and fast Wi-Fi 6, which allow users any type of connection wherever it is needed. The long-lasting battery allows you to work up to 13 hours, without recharging, on the Full HD7 IPS panel with 450 nits of brightness, to be able to see all the contents even in sunlight.
Acer ENDURO Urban T1
The new ENDURO Urban T1 tablet is flexible and perfectly meets the needs of parents who want to share study or fun content with their children at home or outdoors using a 10 “tablet, resistant, light (only 595 gr.) and thin (only 9.8 mm). Acer ENDURO Urban T1 is complaint with MIL-STD 810H1 standard, and IP53 certified for resistance to dust and water: is able to safely withstand all daily adversities and clumsy use by children. Acer ENDURO Urban T1 is the perfect device for any adventure thanks to the shell made of shockproof materials, equipped with reinforced corners and bumpers; the design is waterproof to protect speakers, buttons and connection ports. Thanks to Full HD resolution and brightness of over 450 nits, the touchscreen with multitouch up to 10 simultaneous presses – allows you to enjoy any multimedia content in complete tranquility. The display has an Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass treatment, which features an ionic silver component to protect and keep the screen clean. Also present the dual band Wi-Fi, a 2 MP front camera and a 5 MP rear camera for any outdoor teaching needs. Thanks to the battery life of up to 8 hours, the Android 10 operating system (Go edition) and al quad-core processor, Acer ENDURO Urban T1 is the ideal companion to face every rigors of daily life and study on the go.
