The second generation AirPods Pro already offer a ambient noise reduction system for more comfortable listening. With Adaptive audiothis function will reach a new level, dynamically combining Transparency mode and Active Noise Cancellation a depending on the environmental conditions to offer the best real-time experience. This new feature will seamlessly adapt the noise control experience as the user changes environments and interactions as they change throughout the day.
Custom volume is a function that relies on machine learning to automatically adapt the listening experience based on environmental conditions and user preferences over time.
With the second generation AirPods Pro, to easily communicate with people nearby without taking off the headphones, just talk and Conversation Detection will adjust volume and enhance voices who is in front of the user, while attenuating background noise.
Then there are several improvements. Automatic switch switching between the user’s Apple devices (such as Mac and iPhone) becomes easier and faster, while also increasing stability.
For added convenience, you can now activate or mute the microphone during phone calls with 1st and 2nd generation AirPods Pro, 3rd generation AirPods and AirPods Max. Just tap the stem, or the Digital Crown on AirPods Maxto quickly mute or unmute the microphone.
Developers can already test these new features, which will arrive as free firmware update in autumn.
