Red light and a voice message informing us that it cannot respond to our requests, whether it is a question like “what's the weather like tomorrow”, a request like “set the alarm for 8:00” or a command like “pull down the shutters ”.
Amazon Alexa doesn't seem to work this evening.
Hundreds of users have reported this on downdetector.com but for now there has been no communication from Amazon which is probably working on resolving the problem with the aim of resolving it as quickly as possible.
