Amazon introduce RxPasspart of the subscription Prime Of Amazon Pharmacy: Offers patients convenient access to generic drugs, tAll for $5 a month. At the moment, however, only some states in the United States will be able to receive the drugs directly at the door of the house.
Amazon Pharmacy introduces RxPass, the drug subscription
With RxPass, Prime members can get all eligible medications for five dollars a month, delivered to their homes for free. According to Amazon data, over 150 million Americans take one or more of RxPass’s available medications.
In fact, nearly half of adults take two or more medications a day, and a quarter say they have difficulty affording the medications they need. RxPass aims to make it easier and more convenient to access medications to manage common health conditions: high blood pressure, anxiety or acid reflux.
Amazon further explains that i pharmacists or staff available they can answer users’ questions every day, 24 hours a day. Also, they can coordinate with the patients’ doctor or doctor.
On its blog, Amazon also explains that the subscription does not use the patients’ health insurance, avoiding problems of this kind. Patients can cancel your subscription at any time.
This is new at the moment limited to the United States onlyi, expands the portfolio of offers related to the Prime membership, joining the fast delivery, films and TV series of Prime Video, the music of Amazon Music and more.
