Apple postpones foldable iPhone
In a new DSCC report on upcoming foldable devices, Young explained that the much-rumored Apple’s foldable iPhone has been postponed to 2025. This seems to be a significant delay compared to previous forecasts: the Cupertino company had in fact chosen to publish it by 2023.
The news of the delay comes after discussions with sources of the supply chainwhich suggests that Apple is in no rush to enter the foldable market.
Despite the delay of its foldable ambitions for the iPhone, Apple would be exploring the possibility of offer foldable notebooks full screen. The company is said to be in discussions with its suppliers of foldable notebooks with displays of approx 20 inches.
