Shadow Base 800 by be quiet!: size matters!
While the Shadow Base 800 offers a solid foundation for every type of user, this series of cases is specifically designed for gamers who want to build their dream PC, without limitations. Its open mesh design ensures exceptionally high airflowkeeping components cool even during the most demanding games.
The Shadow Base 800’s spacious interior accommodates even the most extensive components; such as E-ATX motherboards, 420mm radiators and high-end graphics cards such as the Radeon 7900 XTX or GeForce RTX 4090.
Tool-less HDD and SSD installation further simplifies the installation process, saving time and effort; while the cable bar ensures a clean and tidy lookenhancing both aesthetics and airflow for a seamless build.
Aesthetics are further enhanced by the tempered glass side window and rotatable PCIe slots to allow for vertical installation of GPUs; so that passionate gamers can show off their high-performance graphics card in all its glory.
Lived up to expectations
The Shadow Base 800 series consists of five different models. For lovers of clean, understated design, the Shadow Base 800 Black offers a solid foundation for their high-performance builds. Shadow Base 800 DX Black and Shadow Base 800 DX White (with black highlights) add subtle ARGB lighting to the chassis; this can be controlled with the integrated ARGB controller or via an ARGB compatible motherboard.
In these three models, be quiet! installed three 140mm PWM Pure Wings 3 fans to deliver not only superior cooling performance but also quiet operation; eliminating distractions and allowing users to focus on work or play.
The last two models are Shadow Base 800 FX Black and Shadow Base 800 FX White; these rely on an impressive total of four Light Wings 140mm PWM fans for high airflow, quiet operation, and ample ARGB lighting.
