Bitdefender released this week the nuovo report Threat Debrief relating to the month of June just finished. The report is based on the telemetry of the Bitdefender network which includes hundreds of millions of endpoints, both corporate and private. Here are the main evidences that emerged from Bitdefender’s Threat Debrief:
Bitdefender publishes the new Threat Debrief for June
According to what emerges from the new Bitdefender Threat Debrief, from January62% of the alerts identified by Bitdefender’s MDR services concern credential leaksthe. Furthermore, during the month of June they were identified 192 active ransomware families con WannaCry which occupies the first place with a circulation of 42%.
It should also be noted that ransomware has been detected in 156 countries and that United Stateswith 27%, I knownot the country most affected. Italy ranks sixth in the ranking of countries most affected by ransomware according to what emerged from the new Bitndefender Threat Debrief for last June.
With regard to trojans targeting Android, Bitdefender highlighted the greatest diffusion of Downloader.DN with 54% of the total cases detected. For the sites most affected by phishingon the other hand, the first place goes to myetherwallet.com with 23% preceding Facebooksecond with 21%.
