BTicino took care of the construction of the electrical system and the hardware and aesthetic home automation of Ca ‘delle Alzaie. This is the last residential intervention signed by Stefano Boeri Architects in Italy. The project in question was developed in Treviso and is part of a particular urban forestry initiative. The activity was started by Stefano Boeri with the Vertical Forest of Milan.
BTicino participates with its solutions in the intervention for the construction of Ca ‘delle Alzaie
The intervention of Ca ‘delle Alzaie was then developed by Cazzaro Constructions with the collaboration of BTicino regarding the electrical system and home automation. Ca ‘delle Alzaie was born from recovery of a former production area of 11 thousand square meters located near the historic center of Treviso and the river Sile. The Ca ‘delle Alzaie project was born and developed with the aim of creating an intervention in which the buildings would dialogue with the surrounding nature, in full compliance with the landscape constraints.
BTicino participated in Ca ‘delle Alzaie by installing the line BTicino Living Now with white or black finishes inside the 58 apartments of the structure. They have been installed connected video door phones with seven-inch home touch and Amazon Alexa voice commands. Furthermore, each apartment can count on load management and consumption display systems, thermoregulation for floor and ducted systems and IP anti-theft systems. Note that there is also a web server for remote connection as well as electrical panels and flatwalls with protection and life-saving switches.
The Ca ‘delle Alzaie complex consists of three buildings, each with seven floors. The buildings are in energy class A4 NZEB. There is a basement plate with large garages and a roof as a green space. On each floor there are two or three apartments with living areas located to the south.
