Il Dell UltraSharp 40″ monitor is the first 5K monitor certified for five-star viewing comfort and demonstrates Dell’s desire to continue pushing the boundaries of display innovation, bridging the gap for those who demand exceptional performance with the best technology and design. We are faced with a device with the best quality-price ratio in terms of precision and efficiency, a fundamental characteristic for remaining productive in any work environment. The 40″ model (U4025QW) is a must for professionals who demand quality and brightness in a monitor. This certified ultrawide curved model VESA DisplayHDR 600 is equipped with the tIPS Black Panel technology for greater color contrast and complex details in 5K resolution (5120×2160).

The monitor was born from one collaboration with TUV Rheinland for better eye health. Dell’s UltraSharp monitors are the first to feature TUV Rheinland, a new industry standard for visual comfort that helps reduce signs of eye strain. Among the features for eye health we find:

  • A refresh rate up to 120Hz to deliver smoother results and sharper motion images
  • The monitor mounts a Ambient light sensor to automatically adjust screen brightness and color temperature based on ambient light conditions can reduce the frequency of eye strain signs by 7% to 17% compared to a screen that maintains constant brightness
  • The screen also uses the Dell ComfortView Plus technology reducing harmful blue light exposures with more advanced backlight LEDs, going from 50% exposure to less than 35% exposure

This monitor boasts a 99% DCI-P3 / Display P3 color, perfect for excellent color rendition. Users can also easily calibrate the colors on the screen with Dell Color Management Software.

In terms of connectivity, the monitors offer a Thunderbolt 4 input with a output of power up to 140 W. It also supports 2.5Gbps high-speed wired Ethernet connectivity via RJ45, along with HDMI 2.1 FRL (Fixed Rate Link) and DisplayPort 2.1 for smooth image transmission. The UltraSharp monitor is presented with a premium platinum silver finish for a clean aesthetic look and its intuitively designed front quick access ports make connection simple.

The Dell UltraSharp 34 Curved ThunderboltTM (U3425WE) will be available in WQHD (2560×1440) resolution and offers many of the same great features including TUV Rheinland five-star certification for visual comfort, IPS Black technology and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity (power delivery up to 90W).
