Innovazione nella robotica collaborativa: Delta presenta la serie D-Bot thumbnail

Delta presents the D-Bot series collaborative robots

In view of the Hannover Messe 2024 event, Delta – a pioneer in energy management solutions and smart and sustainable technologies based on IoT – has unveiled six new models in its innovative series DBot of collaborative robots (Cobots).

These devices stand out for their versatility, with load capacity reaching up to 30 kg and action radiuses that extend up to 1800 mm. Compatibility with systems such as EtherCAT, Modbus and CODESYS, together with the integration of 24-bit encoders, ensures unprecedented precision, essential in pick & place, welding and palletizing operations.

Delta: the collaborative robots of the D-Bot series

The D-Bot series consists of six models: D-Bot 6, D-Bot 8, D-Bot 10, D-Bot 16, D-Bot 20 and D-Bot 30. Each of these is designed to meet specific loading needs, from 6 to 30 kg. Flexibility is guaranteed by six axes of movementwhich they offer speed up to 200 degrees to the second e an accuracy of ±0.02 mm. The different ranges of action allow it to adapt to multiple operational contexts, while the high precision of the encoder a 24 bit ensures constant and reliable performance.

The D-Bot series Cobots have been designed to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, thanks to protection IP66 and advanced security protocols. The ease of integration with standardized interfaces makes these robots ideal for a wide range of applications, including palletizing, pick & place and welding. Accessibility is a priority: with a system “Plug & Play” and an intuitive interface, the series D-Bot is accessible to operators of all levels. Characteristics which therefore favor synergy between man and machine (in key sectors such as automotive, logistics and electronics).

“In the field of mechanical engineering and automation technology, collaborative robotics is one of the fastest growing sectors. Market analysts at Interact Analysis predict an annual growth rate of around 20% by 2032. We aim to meet this demand with our D-Bot series of Cobots, thus helping our customers optimize their manufacturing processes, improve manufacturing efficiency and mitigate labor shortages in many industries. Having been successful as a supplier of robotics and automation technology components for many years, we are exceptionally well positioned to achieve significant milestones in this space as well.”
