We had already told you about the OnePlus Watch 2 in our review and how we were pleasantly impressed by its features and style. Now we are ready to also talk to you about the Nordic Blue Edition which thanks to OnePlus we were able to discover on a trip to Finland.

Why Finland? L'Nordic Blue edition of this brilliant smartwatch is inspired by Scandinavian design both in terms of the glacial blue color and in the performance of the materials used. All combined with the features of the OnePlus Watch 2 that we appreciated.
Being this exclusive version for the European market, OnePlus organized a large press trip to allow the press to preview the features and style of the smartwatch. That was our destination Helsinki, capital of Finland which proved to be a perfect setting for the Nordic Blue Edition. In addition to the geographical position and the style of the city which perfectly follows the “Scandinavian Design” which inspired the Nordic Blue version, precisely in the days of the presentation Helsinki was pleasantly hit by a light snowfall which whitened our scenery making it even more evocative .
A walk in the woods near Helsinki, a ride on a Fat Bike and an inevitable Finnish sauna were our daily obligations to try out the features of the OnePlus Watch 2 and enjoy Nordic life at its best!

Despite the snow (and the cold…), the sauna and the Finnish food, the protagonist was certainly the OnePlus Watch 2 and its Nordic Blue Edition which stands out for its elegant and minimalist design. The smartwatch boasts a stainless steel case light gray color which gives it a “refined Scandinavian” appearance. The Hybrid leather strap, made with a mix of fluorinated rubber and real leather, offers comfort and resistance to wear, guaranteeing a touch of elegance on the wrist. The strap therefore abandons the rubber of the classic OnePlus Watch 2 and gives it a new look a truly premium look as well as a particularly pleasant blue color.
From a technical point of view, this version takes up the specifications of the other versions of OnePlus Watch 2, i.e. a 46 mm case, a 1.43 inch AMOLED display and the chip Snapdragon W5 Gen 1, with BES 2700 co-processor. Added to this are 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory.
Obviously there is no shortage of the main functions that we have come to love in the OnePlus Watch 2.
