The company behind the social network, in fact, closed the third quarter of 2021 with very positive data and with a net growth compared to the results of the same quarter last year.
New records for Facebook
The third quarter of the year for Facebook closes with revenues of over $ 29 billion (of which 28.2 from advertising) with an increase of +35% rcompared to the data collected in the same period last year. Despite the limitations set by Apple on advertisements, Facebook’s advertising revenues are record-breaking with growth of + 33% compared to the same period of 2020. For the moment, the effects of the tracking restrictions seem to be limited but already in the things could change in the next few months.
Profits are growing
It should be noted that Facebook records strong growth in profits. L‘Net income relative to the third quarter of 2021 is equal to well 9.1 billion dollars. Compared to the data collected in the same period last year, this is one growth of 17%. Earnings per share also rose by + 19% to $ 3.22. The social network, therefore, continues to grind new records.
