Ubisoft has announced the launch of For Honor Anno 6 Season 1 – Golden Age on March 17. The story begins with a relic, an ancient goblet that takes players back to the Golden Age of Heathmoor to discover the origins of the Wardens thanks to Lord Ramiel, the first of its kind. You’ll find out a lot about the story at the upcoming launch event, The Wyverndale Oath.
For Honor: Year 6 officially begins
In addition to the event, Phase 1 of the cross-platform development plan for For Honor, which will unify three game areas for matchmaking between PC, PlayStation and Xbox, thus allowing players to play games together regardless of the platform they play on.
For this Season, the cross-platform game will be available for all multiplayer modes, aside from co-op experiences like Custom Match (Phase 1 only), Arcade, Training Mode and the campaign. Phase 2, coming later in the year, will allow you to connect with friends on different platforms.
The Wyverndale oath includes a new game mode, a free event pass, collectible weapons and more. The game mode will take place on the Cathedral Map, where teams will have to challenge the Hero of the Golden Age, Lord Ramiel. The team that will prove worthy of the rank of Lord Ramie will have a chance to defeat the enemies. With Year 6 you can get Lord Ramiel’s Hero skin, available at launch, for 25,000 Steel or € 11.99. The Battle Pass will be available at launch with 100 tiers of different rewards that reflect the theme of the Season.
With more than 25 million players, For Honor is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC and Ubisoft +, Ubisoft’s subscription service. For Honor can also be played on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S thanks to backwards compatibility.
