The now traditional Halloween event is coming to Niantic games, with news for both Pokémon GO and Pikmin Bloom. To the cry of “trick or treat?” (nay, “candy or thunder shock?” in the case of Pikachu), players will be able to have fun collecting items and taking part in numerous themed activities.

Just like last year, the Halloween event will be split into two parts. There will be scheduled a remix of Lavender Town music and a special Halloween themed quest. Added to this are a myriad of wild Ghost-type Pokémon, all to be captured and collected. Among these we point out Gastly, Haunter, Phantump, Pumpkaboo and many others.
In addition, MegaBanette will make its debut in megaraids and Trainers will be able to update their avatar with a series of decidedly spooky outfits. The first part of the Halloween event will last until Thursday 27 October 2022 at 10:00 Italian.
Pikmin Bloom also celebrates Halloween
Starting today – October 24 – the celebrations for Halloween also continue on Pikmin Bloom. Players will now be able to stumble upon gigantic spooky-colored Halloween mushrooms. The best way to destroy them and get the rewards is to use the Halloween Pumpkin decorated Pikmin.
