Huawei Watch Ultimate Design: an unprecedented fitness experience
HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate has been awarded the prestigious EISA Awards 2023-2024 Premium Smartwatch of the Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA). Huawei has decided to go beyond all expectations by offering the same model in an unprecedented golden edition.
HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN is made in 18k gold alloy, composed of a ratio of metallic elements with a gold concentration of 75%. The bezel of the watch features six sections hand-inlaid with the gold inlay technology. It is a highly artisanal process made with a heated ceramic mold.
The scale of the gold-plated bezel was achieved thanks to the PVD coating technology (Physical Vapor Deposition). Through a three-lap laser engraving at a 5 micron level, it allowed the exterior to be decorated with a satin texture effect. Following the addition of gold through the vacuum ion plating technique, an intaglio print pattern is finally applied. The goal is to create a golden dust effect.
