An agreement that wants to exploit the large Amazon circuit to promote SMEs in Italy, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, United States, Japan and United Arab Emirates. A promotion and development plan, which provides that Made in Italy products end up in a dedicated showcase in various countries: you can find it, for example, in Holland, Poland and Sweden, which is added to those already present. Furthermore, with the new agreement, the pilot project is also born Amazon Incubatorwhich will last for one year. The goal is to provide those who join with the tools necessary to grow beyond national borders. Amazon and ICE Agency will select over 100 SMEs to guide them in a plan to strengthen their online presence.

The results are visible: the weight of the online trade on Italian exports has increased from 6 to 9% in three years. In this context, today we are renewing our partnership with Amazon and extending it to three other countries: Sweden, Poland and Holland“.

This is an achievement in line with our broader goal of helping sales partners to reach €1.2 billion in exports per year by 2025.”
These businesses can also take advantage of webinars from ecommerce experts — over 60 in the last year. In this way companies can enhance the products in the 15 regional itineraries in the Made in Italy showcase. Which includes beyond 1 million products and account 4,500 Italian companies.
