After a relatively streak minor updates for this year’s 13 series iPhones, Apple is working to offer the public a unique and unmistakable style with the next iPhone 14. Bloomberg’s Apple analyst revealed, Mark Gurman, the Cupertino company has in mind tanti amazing changes for new smartphones planned for 2022.
Style change and major changes for the next iPhone 14
Gurman predicts that Apple will completely redesign its phones for 2022, offering a completely new and unique design. The iPhone 13 and 13 Pro smartphones, after all, differ from the design of their predecessors only in minimum part.
According to Gurman we will also see a change in the product line. They will still be there four new models, just like in 2020 and 2021, but the mini edition will be abandoned. This means that both the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will be available in one standard size it’s a bigger. An iPhone 14 Max, without the “Pro” designation, will be one news for the 2022 launch.
“Apple will have to get more dramatic with next year’s review, especially since the competition is so strong,” writes Gurman.
The minor changes this year also meant Apple’s engineers were working behind the scenes on bigger things that will take longer. With the iPhone 14, you can expect new entry-level and Pro models and a complete redesign. Until then, enjoy the iPhone 13 – or just stick with the iPhone 12.
Gurman also repeats information and details that we were already aware of, namely that the notch could disappear entirely. Besides, the front camera could be tucked behind a hole in the screen.
Users are already very excited about the arrival of the new iPhone but it is good to remember that September 2022 is still a long way off. This means Apple’s plans could change. Regardless of Gurman’s enviable reputation for accuracy, it’s always good to take this information with a grain of salt, awaiting official confirmation.
