In this last post Griffin had also added a rocket emoji, alluding to SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk. But now, trending on Twitter, there is another hashtag: #FreeKathyshared by users clamoring for the comic ban to be removed.

After the ban, Kathy Griffin logged in from her late mother’s account, which she had already done in 2019 following another suspension of her account. From the account in question the woman Retweeted a fan post describing Musk as a “billionaire child” who “can’t joke”.
Elon Musk, who completed the Twitter acquisition about two weeks ago, has announced plans to pay for account verification.
